Streamlining the company structure – Merger of Westpak Oy Ab, Ab Flexipack Oy and Walki Plastiroll Oy

In order to streamline the legal company structure in Finland, Walki Group has decided to merge the legal entities Ab Flexipack Oy and Westpak Oy Ab into Walki Plastiroll Oy.

The merger plan has been filed at the Finnish Trade Register and the merger will be valid 31 st of December 2023.

The new name of the merged company will be Walki Consumer Oy, the auxiliary company names Walki Westpak, Walki Flexipack and Walki Plastiroll have also been registered and will in parallel be used in future stakeholder communications
